    Executive Protection Driver (EPD)

    Duties & Qualifications:
    The Executive Protection Driver (EPD) is tasked with conducting close protection driving for the client. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support directly to the client and staff, as well as safeguarding client assets. EPD are often directed to work overtime (OT), nights, holidays and weekends and often travel domestically and overseas.

    • Provide covert and overt executive protection and driving to the designated principal(s)
    • Domestic/International travel may be required
    • Work within a cross-functional team
    • Report to the executive protection team leader
    • Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
    • Conduct all facets of protective duties
    • Follow company SOP
    • Conducts protective advance operations
    • Operates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner

    Job Requirements:
    Candidates must be physically fit and possess a valid driver’s license. Extensive military, corporate security or law enforcement experience, preferably in a military special operations unit, protective operations with a minimum of 4 years combined experience. Applicant should possess excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills, have high levels of integrity, and trustworthiness.

    • Reputable executive protection training school Leve 3 Close protection officer
    • Security license
    • Experience and understanding of corporate culture
    • Extensive medial experience FPOSI/ MIRA or higher
    • Experience with after action report writing
    • Leadership and management experience desired
    • Strong base knowledge in all facets of protective operations
    • Advanced understanding of technology-based protective applications
    • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
    • Will maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance
    • Must successfully pass the Physical Fitness Test
    • Ability to work nights and weekends as required
    • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Pass police check
    • Pass drug test
    Executive Close Protection Officer (CPO)

    Duties & Qualifications:
    The Executive Close Protection officer is tasked with conducting close protection for the client. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support directly to the client requirements, as well as safeguarding client assets. CPO must be willing to work an initial schedule of 8 weeks on/4 weeks off, schedule is subject to change. AS CPOs are expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client. We are looking for protection professionals with a high level of emotional intelligence.
    CPOs often directed to work overtime (OT), nights, holidays and weekends and often travel domestically and overseas.

    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible is a must. CPOs must possess the ability to interact with all levels of corporation management, liaison internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel. Strong oral communication and representational skills. Candidates must be able to brief, defend, persuade and instruct others on security requirements and policies. Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and organizational skills and the ability to write in a clear and precise manner are also required.

    • Support Executive Protection operations
    • Remain available or on-call for operations
    • Ensure the smooth operation of all services provided
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
    • Contribute to the organizational goals of the Team
    • Evaluate the present and future security environment to better understand requirements, course of action development
    • and mitigation strategies
    • Communicate with principles regarding services and requirements of the organization
    • Coordinate with principles regarding projects and services to help mitigate risk and/or impact to security operations
    • Initiate and maintain critical relationships inside and outside the organization to support security operations
    • Safeguard and maintain sensitive and confidential information regarding
    • Analyse and resolve problems in a timely manner
    • Observe, report, and/or intervene as appropriate regarding any situation that may compromise the safety and security
    • of the client’s people, assets and/or reputation
    • Participate in emergency response actions to facilitate the protection of the client’s people, assets and reputation. This
    • includes verbal de-escalation, use of non-lethal force, deadly force and appropriate medical treatment
    • Management of multiple assigned programs and projects
    • Prioritize workload to meet all security service requirements
    • Routine problem solving and tasking
    • Participate in training activities as required
    • Participate in Team meetings as required
    • Effectively work with/communicate with others
    • Ability to legally possess a firearm
    • Possess a valid driver’s license
    • Possess a valid Passport
    • Maintain good credit standing
    • Maintain an appropriate level of physical fitness

    Job Requirements:

    • Leadership and management experience desired
    • Strong base knowledge in all facets of protective operations
    • Advanced understanding of technology-based protective applications
    • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
    • Will maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance
